We Are Family

We love selflessly and extravagantly.  We embrace authenticity over perfection and welcome everyone as part of the family.

    And the second, like it, is this: 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no other commandment greater than these." Mark 12:31

The Word

The Word is our foundation and we take it at face value.  God's Word is our plumb line to which we measure everything else.

    In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.  John 1:1

Honour

The ultimate honor is to God: all glory and praise belongs to Him.  We honor in all directions, for all are made in His image and likeness.    

    Let love be without hypocrisy. Abhor what is evil. Cling to what is good. [10] Be kindly affectionate to one another with brotherly love, in honor giving preference to one another;  Romans 12:9-10

Restoration

We are a house of healing: spirit, soul, and body.  We create a hopeful, healing atmosphere where individuals can be restored.    

    Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.  3 John 2

Identity

We know who we are because we know who He is.  At the core of everything we do is the revelation that we are sons and daughters of God.

    "But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name:"  John 1:12

Fun

We laugh hard, loud, and often because the joy of the Lord is our strength.

    Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them." [3] The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad.  Psalm 126:2-3

Prayer

Prayer is the foundation of our success in walking with God and helping others.  The greatest part of our lives is learning to live in the presence of God, and this happens through prayer!

    "In this manner, therefore, pray: Our Father in heaven, Hallowed be Your name."  Matthew 6:9

Local Church

Designed and built by God, the local church exists as a gathering and equipping place for the body of Christ.  It is an "ark of safety" and it is where the Lord wants you!

    "...I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it." Matthew 16:18b

Faith

Simply put, we believe God and everything He said, exactly like it's written.  We are big believing, water walking, miracle expecting believers because we know our God is faithful!

    For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world-our faith. [5] Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?  1 John 5:4-5

Discipleship

We are disciples, who make disciples, who make disciples.  We exist to equip the saints and to release them into their destinies.

    "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,"  Matthew 28:19

Spirit-Led

We are tongue-talking, Spirit-filled believers operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit, who spend our lives chasing Christ and following His lead.  He is our God and we are His people.

    And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.  Acts 2:4

Missions & Evangelism

Compelled by His love, we bring people into the family.  Compassion moves us to share the gospel from Medicine Hat to the ends of the earth.

    "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth."  Acts 1:8
